Ploy — head roaster. Trained in Melbourne, allergic to dark roasts. Runs our Tuesday roast sessions and the Saturday cuppings.

Mek — green buyer and Q-grader. The one who actually treks to Guji and Huila every year.

Tawan — packs every subscription box by hand and hides a sticker in each one.

Rescued from behind the shop in 2024. Official quality control. Accepts belly rubs as payment.
